Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing indirect channel accounts such as Global System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as well as Technology Alliance Partners (TAPs). As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be working closely with the Growth, Product, Engineering, and the Leadership Team. This is a highly visible role both internally and externally and requires the individual to be very comfortable with high profile individuals such as former White House directors, counter intelligence officers, and senior executives at Fortune 500 companies.


  • Identify, develop, facilitate, and drive business relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Establish, track, and drive revenue with key channel partners by creating business plan and setting objectives and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to minimize channel conflict and orchestrate deal registration process
  • Drive mindshare and facilitate education and training for channel partners
  • Establish a regular cadence with key channel partners to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Provide and manage sales forecast with channel partners 
  • Work closely with Enterprise AEs to help movement from Direct to Channel Partner deal process and procurement
  • Identify and support select channel partner related virtual events (and in-person, when applicable)
  • Coordinate channel partner pricing SKU working with Head of Growth and Operations
  • Facilitate and drive channel partner agreements ensuring growth and expansion of revenue 
  • Define marketing, product and technical needs to drive channel partner revenue and growth
  • Develop and manage channel partner business plans including sale revenue goals, KPIs, marketing, and training

Who You Are

  • Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, security architecture, or other related fields.
  • Experience working with GSIs, VARs, MSP/ MSSPs, and Technology Alliance Partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
